OS Update on Old iPad
I have an old iPad with OS 9.3.5 how can I update it to the latest OS?

An iPad 2, iPad 3, or first generation iPad mini isn't capable of 10 or above, and can only be updated to 9.3.6 if that unit is subject to the GPS issue it patches.
An iPad 4 isn't capable of 11 or above.
A second or third generation iPad mini, or a first generation iPad Air, isn't capable of 13 or above.
To update a compatible unit, use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings.
