Apple ID being hacked

I keep getting emails that started after the last IPhone update that someone keeps logging into my Apple ICloud and I keep changing my password and have two step authorization set up! How can I report this and have it stop??

Hacked Account I keep getting emails saying my iCloud is being logged into every other day. The only option I’m given is to change my password but it’s been a month and I’m running out of words to use. Send help, I don’t have money and I only have memes saved into my iCloud. How do I protect my account and get this to stop?

Apple ID password compromised I received an email last night that someone had tried to change my Apple ID password. I manually navigated to the Apple website (didn't click on the link in the email) and changed my password. Snapchat also appeared on my phone after all of this. This morning I have tons of messages about many of my accounts that there have been data leaks. Is something going on? I'm afraid to change all of my passwords for fear that this is all a scam.

Are you sure the emails are coming from Apple? See here:

Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

If you have 2FA set up, people can try to log into your Apple ID but they would not be able to.
