Since yesterday I updated to IOS 15, am unable to used other apps;WhatsApp and messenger are sending text but can’t view/send videos or images

Whatsapp works for me.
Check for an update for the app.
Force restart the phone with WhatsApp open

If forced restart didn't help then first ensure you don't have any of those security apps or VPN installed .

WhatsApp is not an Apple product, best you ask the app developer on their website/forum for support.
