can't not connected to app store

after i'm update my macbook from mojave to big sur, i have a problem. i can't open app store and there it says: cannot open app store please connect to internet or wi-fi. but i'm already connected to the internet and wifi. any have the same problem as me?

Try a different wi-fi network; office, library, coffee shop.
