can't not connected to app store

after i'm update my macbook from mojave to big sur, i have a problem. i can't open app store and there it says: cannot open app store please connect to internet or wi-fi. but i'm already connected to the internet and wifi. any have the same problem as me?

Cannot connect to the APP Store When opening the App Store on my MacMini (Late 2014) High Sierra, I get the message: "Cannot Connect to the Store. An Internet Connection is required." I have a good internet connection and am using that very connection to access this community. Any Ideas? The message is pretty vague in light of the fact that I do have a connection.

can't connect to App Store I have a MacBook Pro running Mojave 10.14.5 and since last update I can not open the App Store I keep getting the message "can't connect to App Store" and I keep getting 404 in Safari not sure if they are connected.

Try a different wi-fi network; office, library, coffee shop.
