"Iphone is disabled, connect to itunes"

My iphone screen was broken which I got fixed, but now I can't get in. I get a message saying "Iphone is disabled, connect to itunes". why am i getting this message and what do i do to get into phone?

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPhone requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
