iPad locked with previous owner's Apple ID
How can I open my ipad if I don't know the account name and passcode? Coz it's my second hand ipad so I can't able to open my ipad

Hello ~ Well….you have a problem…that device has an activation lock in place. You must contact the person you bought it from and see if they can/will remove the lock. If you can… return it for a refund and if not recycle it responsibly. Neither we nor Apple can help and read the following info especially the section about purchasing a second hand device.
