Micro USB?

Is there a way to connect a Micro USB cable to the Thunderbolt 3 port?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.4

You could use an adapter/cable from USB-C [oval] at the computer end to USB-A [rectangular] , then a small adapter from USB-A to micro USB.

What device are you connecting, or what does the micro USB need to do when it gets there?
