iphone is desabled and not connecting to ituner

It won't show up if you just connect it to the PC. You will need to turn the phone off before connecting it to the computer and then connect it while it is still turned off and while holding the proper button(s) as described in: If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
Restarting an app or restarting the PC aren't involved. If you have followed the steps exactly as shown in If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support and it hasn't worked, see the following instructions from that same link:

actually no, i am using 6+. and i forget my passcode and now its asking me to connect it to itune and when i connect it to my pc its not showingup
yes my dear, where as i tried many steps by restarting and connecting for instances restarted my app and then pc. but still the same
my phone is on passcord mode and not connecting to itune
