Safari Extensions Setting Greyed Out

The Safari Extensions setting has been greyed out. How to fix it?

Thanks for the follow-up info. Are you able to download an extension for the iPad in the App Store? Go to the App Store, find any free extension for Safari, and tap "Get". Once it downloads, go to Settings > Safari, and see if you are able to access the Extensions. You can also try restarting the iPad using the steps here:


Restart your iPad


Let us know the outcome, and we can go from there if needed.
