My new ip12 have problem with face id

I bought a new ip12 128g red color last month with warranty 12 months in IP Việt Nam center. Only after one day I saw a problem with my phone. Face ID agreed my face and my daughter too. I did not try another one. Then I took it back to the shop I bought. They tried to reset and tested with some peoples in the shop. The Face ID still agreed every one. Then they had to change a new phone. When i came home with a new phone. This problem happened with it too. So now I don’t want to come back the shop to change one more time. Can you explain this problem and give me a support. I can not send the video to show you. Thank you !

Hi  Duong_08-87,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with Face ID. It sounds like Face ID opens your iPhone for your daughter's face.

Please see: About Face ID advanced technology.

"The probability that a random person in the population could look at your iPhone or iPad Pro and unlock it using Face ID is approximately 1 in 1,000,000 with a single enrolled appearance. As an additional protection, Face ID allows only five unsuccessful match attempts before a passcode is required. The statistical probability is different for twins and siblings that look like you and among children under the age of 13, because their distinct facial features may not have fully developed. If you're concerned about this, we recommend using a passcode to authenticate."

Were these adults in the store that were able to use Face ID on your iPhone? You may want to see if this happens with adults and your replacement iPhone.

Have a fantastic day!
