Why is iTunes Match not included in Apple One subscription especially in premier the highest level of Apple One? Since the concept of Apple One is all Apple software products in One Package it seems a little disingenuous to leave out iTunes Match.

THE REAL QUESTION IS,
Why Does Apple Charge me to sync my own music across all my devices. Especially if I am paying for iCloud storage and have bought many of their products costing thousands of dollars. Really Apple ! This should be a FREE service with the cost of storage is so so very cheap. LOL

Apple Support gave you incorrect information. It happens. As others have remarked Apple Music performs the same function as iTunes Match.
Because it is not necessary with Apple Music (it does the same thing as iTunes Match)

It's not needed if you use Apple Music (which has the same feature).
And, you can sync without being charged, you just need to connect your devices to your computer.
