Apple TV+

I am trying to watch various titles under Apple TV+. But, each time I click to watch the program, it says the title is not available in my region. I am in the western United States, so I know that's not true, and I don't have a VPN. I suspect it may be from an update, but I don't know what to do. Any thoughts? I'd really like to catch up on Ted Lasso. Cheers!
