If you are asking if you can per-order an iPhone from outside of Nigeria to be delivered to Nigeria, you CANNOT. There is for example no way to order iPhone from the US Apple Store, to be delivered to Nigeria. Apple does not ship internationally. You will have buy your phone in Nigeria through either Apple or an Apple Authorized Seller, directly.

Here is a link to Apple Nigeria. It does not appear Apple is ready to launch iPhone 13 in Nigeria. Check back often and it will likely update in the future.

If you are trying to order from any store in the world, other than the store in Nigeria, YOU CANNOT DO THAT. Period.

I was very specific. Apple does not ship internationally. And you CANNOT order from a store which is NOT in your country. There is NO WAY around that.
