Color of Arrow annotation in PDF

Adding an arrow annotation to a PDF or png using Big Sur no longer allows a change of color. My attempt to change arrow from white to red yields only a portion of the arrow in red!

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.5

Hi there,

It looks like you are changing the fill color of the arrow, not the outline. Here's a GIF that shows how to change the color of the entire arrow:
