Erasing stolen iphone 11 pro max and iphone 12 promax

Good day Apple Users.

My name is Simphiwe and I am in South Africa and I wanted to find out if its possible to block my two stolen iphones for good. Meaning no company or hacker would be able to unlock it? or can I erase it even if I have no other apple product.
