Can't get Apple TV app on LG tv

Anyone know how I can access the Apple TV app on my new LG tv ? I thought it would be preinstalled ? It's

LG 32LM6370PLA 32" Smart Full HD HDR LED TV. Its doesn't seem to be in the LG content store .

I tried that but it's not helped . The spec clearly says Apple TV included but it's not .
