Welcome to the Apple Community,

where some of us do our best to help each other troubleshoot.

Seems iCloud may keep the photos in the "Recently Deleted" folder for 30 days.

Apple support have an article online (link below) that may help:

Delete and recover photos and videos on iCloud.com:

Hope this helps you recover your photos ok.

Else:

Do you have a back-up of your photos (Time Machine ? External Drive ? Memory stick ? etc.

Are the photos still on your Apple device, or Mac ?
