Why can’t update my phone
If you have used a beta version, delete the beta profile.
Otherwise, check: Settings - General - iPhone Storage - check here for an iOS update file. Delete the file.
Check again for the correct iOS version (14.8).
What model phone? What is the current iOS version on the phone? How are you trying to do this?
iPhone XR. 14.7. And I go to software update and try to update
