How can I retrieve my contacts if I lost my phone?

Icloud should have been on fingers crossed and the easiest way is on a Mac computer on apples app store and icloud log in and restore disable phone ect but hopefully u had them backedup to an email ot the icloud keychain hope it helps good luck
