Does MacBook Pro 15' Mid-2012 have any chance for OS upgrade to Big Sur? as the latest version we have now is Catalina 10.15.7

Catalina 10.15.7 likely is furthest it may upgrade.

As an older system, an upgrade download page

has those; if you haven't already checked it now.
