Trying to UPDATE! It's telling me to close my ITunes app but its not open! HELP!

If your issue regarding update device you can follow this https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201263

But if it is about your update an apps, you can follow this link https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207165
