Does the iMac 27 inch late 2013 supports HI RES audio natively ? Couldn't find any information about the motherboard.

No. A Mac must be running 11.4 or later to utilize High Res Audio. You model iMac can only run 10.15.7 max. This document explains it in detail: About lossless audio in Apple Music - Apple Support
