Podcast Connect - Artwork error message

HALP PLEASE! :)

I am creating a podcast in Apple Podcasts and I keep getting the error - "Art - Artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests."

I have:

Converted my image to RGB colour space
Resized to 1400 x 1400
Changed the size to 600KB

And I still have the error on Apple podcasts! What do I need to do?

In fact your image paramaters don't match what you quoted at all. The image is at

https://i1.sndcdn.com/avatars-miNUqhgNH5OyqJaA-B0lRkg-original.jpg

It is 1105 x 1105 px, and so too small (minimum allowed is 1400 x 1400). The files size is OK at 152kB.

Hi Roger, I wonder if you could also advise on why iTunes displays my Show, but my episodes aren't available to play. Also I can't search "The Eastern Influenced Corporate Leader" in iTunes iPhone app - why might that be? I would also like to send you a copy of my book as a thank you for your genius advice. There is only the one episode in your feed, and it shows when subscribing in Apple Podcasts on a Mac, indicating that the feed is OK. It was posted only yesterday, and it can take up to 2 days for new episodes to appear in Apple Podcasts 'Browse'/iTunes Store, so it should appear in a day or so. Post back if it doesn't.

600kB is to large: it must be less than 500kB. Other than that (which is probably the probnlem anyway) I can't help you unless you post the URL of your RSS feed.
