I accidently deleted a contact from Iphone 6 operating on IOS 8. I don't have that on icloud back up can I still recover this

Have Another Source?:
Look in another source, such as a contact book where it is handwritten, in hardcopy.
Unfortunately once you delete a contact card, you are unable to get it back. Even if you have iCloud Backup, it would still be deleted from the system
