Recovery of videos
Can I get my videos back which I deleted from recently deleted, way too important videos ?

Nope. If you delete items from the recently deleted album, they are gone forever.
If you keep a backup of your device on your computer, you may be able to restore your device using that backup (at the expense of anything new since the last backup)
