Screen Recording

My screen recording hasn’t been working for years and now I am trying to get it fixed I have tried everything that I have access to but none of it work what should I do ?

If you already tried (to no avail) all the steps provided in this support article:--> Record the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support, AND if you read the error message you are getting (as per the screenshot you posted), contact Apple Support directly using this link:--> Get Support
