Apple Watch Won’t turn on

The Apple Watch 5 series will not come on. We have switched the charger, cleaned the underside of the watch and charger, charged for 30 minutes or more, held the side buttons to force start and still nothing. What to do next?

Put Watch on charger for an hour.

Then try reboot : Press Digital Crown and the Side button until you see the  logo.

If no joy, use Get Support link at the top right of this page for options.
