Dolby Atmos won't play on Apple TV

I own a 2020 Samsung qled QN65Q7. I Have a Sonos Arc. The arc plays Dolby Atmos from the TV apps. When I play content from the Apple TV it will only play in Dolby 5.1 even through the TV settings are Atmos compatible. What is wrong with the Apple TV?

It looks like you may have an Apple TV that does not support Dolby Atmos, you need an Apple TV 4K model in order to have Dolby Almos and your profile indicates you have an Apple TV HD model. Please Identify your Apple TV model
