Consistent notification on apple watch to "start a Peloton workout on your Phone

My watch continually reloads the message "Start a Peloton workout on your Phone". I clear the message and it immediately reappears. I do not have the Peloton app active on my phone. I have tried starting a workout on the app, and then closing the app...but the notification still reappears. How can I stop this notification from constantly taking over my watch display screen?

I have the same problem. The answer to check syncing with the health app didn't work. Any other thoughts? I go into the watch app on my phone and uncheck peloton but then the little workout guy on my apple watch is "in motion" still. So either way, my watch is engaging in a way it shouldn't. Any thoughts?
