LOST MY IPAD

lost my iPad and the "find my iPad" is turned off... can I turn on my "find my iPad" from my cell phone?

Sorry, there is no way to turn on Find My for your iPad remotely. The following has other information that may help: If Find My iPhone or Find My iPad isn't enabled on your missing device - Apple Support
