Apple Music Not Playing

I have not been able to play music on my apple music, please what is the problem? No single song is playing and I have internet. I was just charged for my monthly music subscription also and it’s not working. I have switched the phone and and off but nothing. Please help. I don’t want to have an iphone that doesn’t play music.

Apple Music Won’t Play On My IPhone Soooooo. I can’t play my Apple music on my phone from my library but I can on laptop. I pay a subscription every month. Music Hello everybody. I can no longer play music from the music app despite having a subscription. can someone help me?

Some musics won’t play. I just got Apple Music subscription after some month gap. The problem is; some music plays from Apple Store. Some doesn’t. The internet connection is all good. I’ve tried restarting the phone. But the problem won’t fix. There’s no trouble in playing some music. But as soon as I try to play other music. It won’t load.

Are you trying to play a specific song from the Apple Music catalog or are you trying to play music you own?

Try redownloading music you own if that is what you're trying to playback:

Thanks for giving those steps a try.

Try closing the app and restarting the iPhone if you haven't tried that already:

Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch

Restart your iPhone

Thank you jdo_apple. When I click on play, it just doesn’t play, it shows ‘Not playing’ no matter how many times I click on the play button.

Version is 14.7.1(18G82)

Available storage is 32.52GB

Please help.

It seems you're having some trouble with Apple Music and we can help.

What happens when you try to play a song? Do you get an error?

Go to Settings > General > About, and tell us what your iPhone shows for the Version and for the Available storage.

It’s workingggggg now! 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

I had to delete the music app and download it again from the app store.

I had previously closed the app and restarted my phone like a million times but it didn’t work.

I’m trying to play music that I own. It’s just not playing. I just downloaded these two songs now and they are still not playing. Help ☹️
