HP Scanner 3

Followup troubleshooting for my HP Deskjet 2130 installed in my new Mac mini with Big Sur 11.5.2

After a lot struggles, eventually HP printer driver had been installed with help of HP Easy Admin.

Printer function is good but we cannot use scanner function.

Every time I clicked on open scanner or HP Easy Scan, the Finder prompt me with a message "You do not have permission to open the application "HP Scanner 3". Contact your computer or network administrator for assistance.

Both user on this Mac mini is administrator and I tried to click on HP Easy Scanner on both user profile, same message prompted on screen. I've no idea we had this "HP Scanner 3" application.

How do we able to use our scanner? Do anyone knows how to solve this problem?
