Can I get cellular on a iPad that only for wifi? Or is there a way to get cellular? I just got this iPad.

Hi, the WiFi model will only connect using WiFi but you could use an iPhone or other smart phone as a hot spot and tether the iPad to it. This is Apple’s support page https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204023
