iCloud removing pictures from iCloud but not from iphone

How can i remove pictures only from iCloud (empty pics, from there). I don't want to delete those from my iphone at the same time?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

If you delete photos in iCloud they will be deleted on other devices as well and vice versa.
