Your 2021 iPad Pro supports USB PD (Power Delivery) Fast Charging. Whilst the Belkin Power Adapter is compatible, your iPad will charge no faster than when charged with Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter that was supplied with your iPad.

The maximum supported charging rate of your iPad is 18W (2.0A @9V / 1.5A @12V).
