Sudden Change in battery life on Apple Watch 6 after upgrading to 7.6.1

After upgrading to 7.6.1, my battery life has decreased dramatically. I used to go all day and only used 50-60% of my battery. Now, my battery is completely gone by 5 pm.

I have a not installed any new apps. I am not sure how to troubleshoot this issue.

Any suggestions?

Apple Watch 8 battery life My new Apple Watch 8 battery life isn't that long; it barely lasts 2 days. I even have to enable battery saving mode the second day in the evening. Does anyone know what the problem is? The battery from my previous Watch 3 lasted as long as this new one.
