PS:

Noticed after reply, your MacBook is newer 'Pro model.

Not a MB/Air, and not a 12-inch 2016+ MacBook model.

Is your MacBook Air a newer M1 model Silicon machine?

If so there's a fair chance that no drivers exist from maker

site to work with an obsolete model printer in newer Mac.

There is a 'Printer Firmware Update from Epson' for software.

While that said, there's nothing to indicate this could work.

It may fail ~ & leave an odd software in your MacBook Air.

Most of my gear pre-dates these newest devices; while an

online search provides clues, no answers are forthcoming.

An idea that may [or not] work, comes from this Epson page:

• Updating your Printer's Firmware - using Epson Software Updater | Epson US

https://epson.com/Support/wa00603a

From what I can see, that model printer L360 has no driver

for Mac. There may be a way to find one, from another Epson

region source; and could be matter of trial-and-error to work.

The Epson L630 product identifies w/ Windows 64-bit drivers.

Epson L630 product model number suggests an Asian source

code, an older or newer driver from their archive may work;

while this does not look straight-forward. I recommend new

printer with supported driver software, & get past this issue.
