billing problems
when I try to download something it comes up a billing problem thing and I do everything it says and doesn’t work

What is the exact error message that you get? What you have posted is too vague to be able to help you.
What happened when you entered your password?
I put in my password and then it brings too my address and i it done then it makes me do it again
You may need to contact iTunes support for purchase issues.
It shows my address and I hit done and it makes me do it again
