No sound in left ear bud on Powerbeats pro continual issue?

We understand that no sound is playing from the left side of your Powerbeats Pro. We want to make sure you're able to enjoy using your Beats, and we'd love to help out.

To help us get a better understanding of the issue, we’d like to ask a few questions.

1. Which device are you using your Beats with?
2. If you use your Beats with another device, does the same issue occur? Set up and use your Powerbeats Pro with an iPhone, Mac, or other device
3. Is there no sound from the left side at all, or is the sound distorted in some way? For example, does the sound cut out?
4. Since running into this issue, have your Beats been reset? If so, did that help correct the issue temporarily? Reset your Beats earphones

If your Beats appear to be disconnecting temporarily when the issue occurs, there's some additional information here that may be helpful as well: If the sound from your wireless headphones cuts out or is distorted
