PRINTER ISSUE

I may be a good idea to begin by resetting the printing system and attempting to re-add the printer. Check whether the operating system offers a suitable driver.

The latest printer driver from Epson appears to be from 11-2020. Different regions may offer different software.

Almost every OS update since 10.2 breaks some printer driver or other . Contact Epson to check if they have latest drivers for your printer.

This an issue introduced with the update to 11.5.1, it is all too often the case with Apples recent updates that

they can cause more issues than they fix.
