Go to where the Find My app shows your iPhone to be.

I have already found the phone. How do I now regain the ability to use the phone?
If you had put the phone into Lost mode just enter the phone’s passcode, or log in to https://icloud.com/find, click on the phone and you will see options to mark it not lost.
