Microphone not working

it happens during a call thru messenger, my mic suddenly wont work. My friend cannot hear me at all. When i tried to go to voice memos to try recording, it suddens stop the recording then i cant see the red button. When i closed the tab for voice memos then try reopening again, the same thing happens.

after 10 mins it can record again, then wont work again.
