Notes password
I have iPhone 7 Plus , I forgot my notes password and i reset the password and also didn’t open .
How I can open my old notes ?

Your new password will not open the notes locked with the forgotten password. It will only work with new notes moving forward. If you cannot remember the old password, you will never be able to get into the old notes.
