i cant download or update any apps because i keep receiving a message that said my iphone has been disabled from itunes and apple store

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.

iPhones as a whole don't get disabled in this way; only Apple IDs do.
