MacBook Air does not recognize Superdrive.
After upgrading to OS 11.5.1 my Air no longer recognizes the superdrive. I thought it was a faulty superdrive so I bought a new one. Same problem. Superdrive makes no noise.

Hi,
Hold down the option key, and from the Apple menu choose "System Information". Click on USB. The superdrive should appear on the list if it is physically connected to your mac and recognized.
