Some how the voiceover got turned on on my computer and it won't shut off. I have tried clicking the "enable" box and toggling it on and off with Command+F5, but neither of these options work. They actually make the voiceover turn on again so that the voice over starts echoing itself.
I would be very thankful if someone could help me. My computer is running Mac bigSUR Version 11.5.1 (20G80)

For VoiceOver, those are the steps you would try for turning off that feature. Have you tried using “Hey Siri, turn off VoiceOver”? That’s another option you can use.
The enable box you mentioned, is that the same one you see in this article? Use the Accessibility Options panel on Mac
If it continues, try turning it off in Safe Mode. You can learn how to do so here: How to use safe mode on your Mac

You know what happened.... Under the "spoken content" tab of Vission Accessability, I had the "speak content under mouse arrow" selected. You all might wanna consider adding that to your instructions for people who have this problem like me.
