can i upgrade my imac mid 2011 from high sierra to something newer?
iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13
Unfortunately you can't. macOS Mojave that came after HS requires at least an iMac Late 2012 to run.
Nothing you can do in this case other than getting a newer computer.
