what is error 42110 - my PC won't play some of the songs I've bought on iTunes but others are fine

error code -42110 I have purchased a new pc running windows 10, I installed itunes and logged in to my account, I can see all my music with the cloud symbol but as soon as i click on it the message "There was a problem downloading (any song)An unknown error occurred (-42110) Please check that the connection to the network is active and try again. My husband has transferred his account on to the same PC with no issues whatsover !!! Can someone please assist ?

If iTunes prompts you to authorize your computer when you try to play iTunes Store purchases - several solutions including removing the SC Info folder for High Sierra and earlier, and Windows. Click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT203160#scinfo
