Airpods disconnect after 10 seconds

Hi, my Airpods disconnect after 10 seconds when i start using it, Can I know what is the problem?

My AirPods also do this. I reset the case, turned off/on my bluetooth and had it deleted from all devices. They'll connect for a few seconds and disconnect again

Hello:) Give this a try:

If your AirPods started disconnecting from your iPhone just a moment ago, then re-establishing the connection between both devices can help. Just put your AirPods or AirPods Max in the Charging Case or Smart Case, wait for a few seconds, and then take them out again to reconnect them.
