Personally, I think a lots of companies are going to make it that way, as a way to get you, per se.: "If you don't enable Local Services, we'll charge you."

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this. Apple wont get back to you directly, but the more they hear of this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed.

number of different ways.
Once you’ve turned it on, go back to restrictions and lock it down again so it cannot get turned off accidentally again.
